Spex Hand Car Wash & Detailing

Shehroz is very nice and always does an excellent job on washing the suv. I love that it is like a hidden gem at the moment, I don’t think people know about this place yet. You want a great wash and get some good smell goods then come to get your wash and detail done here…

I brought my car here today for a wash and it was a complete disappointment. They didn’t even vacuum the inside properly — under the seats was left untouched. The exterior wasn’t cleaned well either, especially the lower parts which were still dirty. I told the employee that the job should be done properly, and he responded by saying that I only paid for the regular service. Yes, I paid for the regular service, but I know what a proper regular car wash should look like, and this definitely wasn’t it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing car wash. They did a fantastic job and made my car look new.

$25 for a basic suv wash interior and exterior. The door jambs were still dirty, cup holders and lower door panels weren’t touched, and the windows weren’t fully cleaned. It honestly looked like they didn’t even vacuum. The whole thing took about 15 minutes and I was the only customer there. The manager did apologize and had it cleaned up a bit more, but after wasting time and having to use my own products, the car only came out halfway decent. I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere. They used to be solid with fair pricing, but it’s not the same anymore. - 1 stars since the manager apologized but “busy” wasn’t a excuse when I was the only one there. Honestly felt more like I came here to get robbed lol

Management was rude upon arrival and rushed the others working there to keep the line moving. They weren’t done with the interior of my car when he made them move it along and deliver it to me. Clearly did not wipe down the center console, front seats, or interior door panels at all. Had a sign out front advertising a 12.99 wash, then charged me $30 for a small SUV after starting the wash and without asking any questions about what services I wanted. Don’t bother going here, take your business elsewhere.
